30 Days of Creativity (Day 7) Fashion

I nearly didn’t post today! I worked today, so my lady leisure time was spent teaching, which I just LOVE! Now, my Internet connection is playing up! Grrrr!

I am always telling my girls when they commit to something, they have to carry it through to the end. No point me sitting back and giving up, so I headed into my craft room to create this at about 9pm! I did have visions of something very Sex and the City for today’s theme (Fashion), but nonetheless, I am happy with my quick card!

I figured that babies are pretty ‘fashionable’ at the moment! So are weird celebrity names, but that’s another story.

I used some of my stash yet again today (I’m a bit ashamed at still having some of this Designer Series Paper!). A really quick and easy way to create cute stamped images is to stamp them onto patterned paper. That way, you don’t have to fuss with colouring the image.I stamped the image using a coordinating ink colour and the result is really soft and sweet.

The onesie image I used is from the Hostess Set ‘A Slice of Life’ from the Autumn/Winter mini catalogue.

Today was so rushed! Dislike! Crafting is meant to be about relaxation – hope you like it anyway!
